Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or legal guardian permission.

You may not use the Service if you are prohibited by applicable law, your account was previously terminated for serious violations, or you are located in a sanctioned jurisdiction.

2. License Grant & Restrictions

Wocoz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. The Application is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, or attempt to derive the source code, logic, assets, or underlying structure of the Application, any Wocoz game, or any Wocoz AI–assisted system or output
• Modify, adapt, translate, extract, or create derivative works of the Application or any Wocoz game (including code, art, audio, mechanics, levels, or other game content)
• Access, play, host, embed, mirror, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise use any Wocoz game outside the official Wocoz platform (including the Wocoz mobile application, authorized Wocoz web experiences, and other surfaces we designate)
• Download, scrape, capture, or republish game files, assets, or runtime bundles except as strictly required for normal in-app play through the Service
• Copy, redistribute, resell, rent, or transfer accounts, the Application, or any game
• Remove proprietary notices
• Circumvent security features, platform access controls, or anti-tamper protections
• Use automation, bots, cheats, scripts, or exploits to gain unfair advantages, scrape data, abuse the Service, or manipulate leaderboards, quests, streaks, virtual currency, or rewards
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment, including harassment, hate speech, illegal content, or distributing malware
• Interfere with servers, networks, or infrastructure
• Use, register, copy, imitate, or adopt the names Wocoz, WOCOZ, Social Games Network, or any Wocoz trademark, logo, trade dress, or confusingly similar name, handle, domain, app title, or branding in any product, service, company name, social account, store listing, or marketing material

Wocoz may investigate suspected violations, suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, revoke access to games and Wocoz AI features, block devices or identifiers, or adjust balances or entitlements where misuse, risk to users, intellectual property abuse, or breach of this Agreement is suspected. Any unauthorized use may terminate this license immediately. See our Privacy Policy and in-app tools for account and data choices where applicable.

3. Account & Authentication

You may create an account using email and password, Sign in with Google, or on supported devices Sign in with Apple, subject to availability.

When you use Google or Apple sign-in, their terms and privacy policies apply to that authentication flow; Wocoz receives the identifiers and profile fields described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information. Wocoz is not liable for losses from unauthorized access due to compromised credentials. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Ownership, Intellectual Property & User Content

The Application and Service, including software, code, design, graphics, games, media, trademarks, algorithms, personalization systems, Wocoz AI systems and outputs, and virtual currency systems, are owned by Wocoz or its licensors. Your account and virtual items are licensed to you—not sold.

All games available on Wocoz are developed, owned, and operated by Wocoz. Games may be created, updated, or maintained using Wocoz AI—Wocoz's proprietary AI-assisted development and content systems. Regardless of how a game is produced, every game remains Wocoz intellectual property and is licensed for use only within the Service.

Platform-exclusive games. Wocoz games are made available solely through the Wocoz platform. You may not use, reproduce, perform, display, distribute, or make games available on third-party websites, apps, stores, embeds, iframes, or any other environment outside the Service. Any unauthorized extraction, republication, or off-platform use of games or game content is prohibited and may result in immediate termination and legal action.

Trademarks and brand names. Wocoz owns and controls its trademarks, trade names, and branding. See Section 5 for strict rules on use of Wocoz names and marks.

If you submit text, images, chat messages, profile information, or other content ("User Content"), you retain ownership of your content to the extent you hold rights in it. You grant Wocoz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, display, process, and distribute User Content solely as needed to operate, improve, promote, and secure the Service (including moderation and safety). You represent you have the rights to grant this license.

Wocoz may review, edit, remove, or refuse to host User Content, and may limit or suspend features or access, where content or conduct violates this Agreement, our policies, applicable law, or the rights of others. Retention and deletion are also described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Trademarks, Trade Names & Brand Protection

Wocoz owns and controls the trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, icons, domain names, app names, product names, slogans, trade dress, and overall branding used in connection with the Service (collectively, "Wocoz Marks"). Wocoz Marks include, without limitation:

• Wocoz and WOCOZ (in any capitalization, spacing, or stylization)
• Social Games Network and any abbreviation, translation, or variation (including "SGN," "Wocoz Social Games Network," or similar)
• Wocoz AI, Wokko, Wozzi, WOX, WOCOZ PRO, and related feature or product names
• The Wocoz logo, app icon, website design elements, and any confusingly similar name, spelling, abbreviation, phonetic equivalent, foreign-language equivalent, or look-alike

Strict prohibition on copying or adopting Wocoz names. You may not, without Wocoz's prior written consent, use, copy, imitate, register, adopt, claim ownership of, or create confusion with any Wocoz Mark or any name, phrase, logo, handle, domain, app title, company name, product name, social media account, store listing, keyword, metadata tag, or marketing material that:

• Includes or combines "Wocoz," "WOCOZ," or "Social Games Network"
• Is identical, substantially similar, or likely to be confused with any Wocoz Mark
• Suggests endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation with Wocoz
• Uses Wocoz branding, trade dress, or visual identity in a misleading way

This prohibition applies everywhere, including mobile apps, websites, game titles, studios, Discord servers, YouTube channels, social networks, app stores, domain registrars, trademark offices, and advertising platforms—whether or not you use the Service.

No implied rights. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any license or right to use Wocoz Marks except as strictly necessary to use the Service in the ordinary way we provide it. All goodwill arising from any use of Wocoz Marks inures exclusively to Wocoz.

User Content and profiles. You may not use Wocoz Marks in your display name, username, avatar, bio, chat messages, or other User Content in a way that suggests official status, impersonates Wocoz, or infringes Wocoz Marks. We may rename, remove, or restrict such content or accounts without notice.

Enforcement. Unauthorized use of Wocoz Marks is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination, content removal, platform blocks, and civil or criminal legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law—including claims for trademark infringement, passing off, unfair competition, and damages. Wocoz may report misuse to app stores, domain registrars, hosting providers, social platforms, and authorities.

6. Virtual Currency & Digital Items

The Application may offer virtual currency (including WOX and Tokens) and digital items, earned through gameplay, quests, streaks, leaderboard rewards, ad rewards, promotions, or purchases, subject to Wocoz rules.

Virtual currency and digital items:

• Have no real-world monetary value
• Are licensed, not sold
• Are non-transferable and generally non-exchangeable for cash
• Are non-refundable except where required by law or Google Play / Apple App Store policies

Wocoz may modify pricing, adjust balances for fraud or error, remove or alter items, or revoke improperly obtained currency. We may delay, limit, reverse, or withhold credits where abuse, chargeback risk, policy violation, or technical error is suspected. Chargeback or payment fraud may result in immediate termination and recovery actions.

7. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

WOCOZ PRO and other paid features are offered as in-app purchases or subscriptions. Charges are billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Wocoz uses RevenueCat for subscription status; we do not receive or store your full payment card number.

• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your device or store account settings.
• Cancellation: On Apple devices, use Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (or the App Store subscriptions area); on Android, use Google Play subscriptions. Canceling stops future charges; access typically continues until the end of the current paid period.
• Refunds and billing disputes: Governed by Apple's or Google's rules, not Wocoz directly.
• Restore purchases: Use the platform restore flow and the same Apple ID or Google account where applicable.

Failure of payment may suspend premium features. Wocoz may change prices or plans with notice where required by law.

8. Advertisements

The Service may display advertisements via Google AdMob, including in-feed, rewarded, or full-screen formats. Ads may be labeled (e.g. "Sponsored") where required. Rewarded benefits are granted only after successful validation. You can manage ad personalization in device settings. Wocoz is not responsible for third-party ad content.

Subscribers may receive reduced or removed advertising according to the plan shown in the Application.

9. Leaderboards & Competitive Integrity

Rankings and rewards are determined by Wocoz systems. You must not manipulate rankings through bots, exploits, tampering, collusion, or multi-account abuse. Wocoz may adjust or reset results, revoke rewards, or restrict competitive access.

10. User Conduct & Community Standards

You agree not to harass, threaten, or abuse others; post unlawful, infringing, obscene, or harmful content; share others' personal information; exploit minors; promote illegal activity; or circumvent monetization.

Wocoz may monitor content, remove material, suspend or ban accounts, and report unlawful activity where appropriate. Enforcement is at Wocoz's discretion.

11. Objectionable Content: Reporting, Blocking & Moderation

The Service includes user-generated content. We provide in-app tools to report objectionable content and to block other users, as described in the Application.

We maintain administrative processes to review reports and, where appropriate, to remove or restrict offending content and restrict or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement or harm the community. We aim to act on credible reports within a commercially reasonable timeframe, including within 24 hours where feasible for reports triaged as high priority.

12. Anti-Fraud & Abuse Protection

Wocoz may investigate suspected fraud (including chargebacks, exploits, payment abuse, virtual currency manipulation, reverse engineering, game extraction, misuse of Wocoz AI, or unauthorized use of Wocoz Marks), freeze accounts, reset balances, revoke game and AI feature access, terminate accounts, block devices or identifiers, and pursue other remedies permitted by law—without prior notice where permitted.

13. Updates & Changes to the Service

Wocoz may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Application; they are governed by this Agreement unless accompanied by a separate license. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, including pricing, rewards, or games, without liability to the extent permitted by law.

14. Wocoz AI & AI-Assisted Features

Wocoz operates Wocoz AI—proprietary AI-assisted systems used to develop, update, personalize, and operate games and features within the Service. This includes in-app assistants, recommendations, content generation, and the internal pipelines that create and maintain Wocoz games. Wocoz AI is part of the Service and remains under exclusive platform control at all times.

No ownership or off-platform rights. You acquire no ownership, intellectual property, source-code, asset, or commercial rights in Wocoz AI, its models, pipelines, prompts, configurations, or any output (including games, art, audio, text, or mechanics) produced or assisted by Wocoz AI. All such materials are owned by Wocoz and are licensed to you only for personal use within the Service, subject to this Agreement.

You agree that you will not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, probe, jailbreak, scrape, benchmark, or attempt to extract prompts, models, weights, training data, APIs, orchestration logic, build artifacts, or internal systems from Wocoz AI or any AI-assisted feature
• Copy, export, download, host, mirror, sublicense, sell, or redistribute Wocoz AI outputs, generated games, game assets, or AI-assisted content outside the Service
• Use automation, scripts, bots, or unauthorized tools to access, query, harvest, or overload Wocoz AI features or related infrastructure
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, safety filters, authentication, or platform-only delivery mechanisms for games and AI features
• Use AI features to generate unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, or to misrepresent AI-generated content where disclosure is required
• Claim that you created, own, or have rights to Wocoz-owned or Wocoz AI–assisted games, assets, or platform content

Platform control and enforcement. Wocoz may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice where permitted by law: monitor, log, review, filter, throttle, limit, suspend, or disable any Wocoz AI feature; remove or modify AI-assisted content or games; restrict access to specific games or features; freeze or revoke virtual currency and entitlements; block devices or network identifiers; and suspend or permanently terminate your account (and any related accounts) for suspected or actual misuse of Wocoz AI, games, or platform protections.

Termination for violations involving Wocoz AI, game extraction, reverse engineering, or off-platform use may be immediate and may occur without refund, compensation, or restoration of virtual items, progress, or subscriptions except where required by applicable law or store policies.

AI-assisted features may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected results. Wocoz does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, continuity, or suitability of AI-generated responses, games, or content. We may change, replace, or discontinue Wocoz AI capabilities at any time without liability to the extent permitted by law.

15. Third-Party Services

The Application may integrate with or depend on:

• Google Play and Apple App Store (distribution and payments)
• Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple
• Firebase (authentication, infrastructure, push notifications, analytics as described in our Privacy Policy)
• RevenueCat (subscription entitlements)
• Google AdMob (advertising)

Those services are governed by their own terms. Apple and Google are not responsible for the Application or this Agreement; Wocoz is solely responsible for the Application and its content, subject to Apple's Standard EULA for App Store distribution.

16. Maintenance & Support

Wocoz may provide support at its discretion. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Application.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application and Service are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wocoz disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, and data accuracy.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wocoz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, virtual currency, account access, or business interruption.

Total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Application or for in-app purchases and subscriptions through the applicable store in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or, if greater, the amount required by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those laws apply where required. Nothing excludes liability where prohibited by law (including applicable consumer guarantees).

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Wocoz harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of this Agreement (including unauthorized use of Wocoz Marks), or infringement of third-party rights.

20. Termination & Platform Control

This license remains in effect until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically if you fail to comply with this Agreement. Wocoz retains sole discretion over the Service, including all games, Wocoz AI systems, accounts, virtual items, and entitlements.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Application, any game, Wocoz AI feature, or the entire Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason permitted by law, including but not limited to:

• Violation of this Agreement or any Wocoz policy
• Reverse engineering, tampering, or unauthorized access attempts
• Off-platform use, redistribution, or extraction of games or AI outputs
• Unauthorized use, copying, or registration of Wocoz Marks (Section 5)
• Fraud, abuse, cheating, or circumvention of platform controls
• Risk to users, infrastructure, intellectual property, or legal compliance
• Extended inactivity or operational necessity

Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Service and delete copies of the Application where applicable. Access to games, Wocoz AI features, virtual items, progress, and subscriptions may end without compensation. Refunds apply only as required by law or applicable store policies. You may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy and in-app settings, but Wocoz may retain certain records as described there and as required for enforcement, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Wocoz may refuse new or renewed access to terminated users and may take technical or legal measures to prevent further unauthorized use of the platform, games, or Wocoz AI systems.

21. Push Notifications

If enabled, we may send push notifications. You can disable them in device settings or in the app (e.g. Profile → Settings → Account Settings → Notifications) where available.

22. Export Compliance

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to embargo or sanctions and are not on a prohibited parties list. You agree to comply with applicable export laws.

23. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Karnataka, India.

24. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement by posting a revised version and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Material changes may require additional notice where required.
